Meet Sally
Hello, I'm Sally, Director of Flamingo Women’s Networking.
It’s my heartfelt mission to create a space where women like you can flourish both personally and professionally.
I am on a soul-mission to help women step into their true power and purpose, both in life and in business.
My passion lies in helping women dream big and then turn those dreams into reality with actionable steps that feel in flow with their life. I've moved beyond the hustle and burnout culture, advocating instead a way of curating a life that resonates deeply with your desires.
My own journey began at the young age of 22 when I ventured into entrepreneurship with my first business 'Life & Soul Dance Company.' Though it was a challenging start, it laid the foundation for a diverse and enriching path ahead. From owning a jewellery and giftware shop to co-directing prestigious Pandora & Swarovski Crystal stores, I learned the value of service and creating a positive and thriving work environment utilizing everyone’s strengths and gifts to enhance our business as a whole.Throughout these ventures, I also cultivated a thriving blog which eventually became a full-time pursuit as it expanded onto my other social channels.
I spent years working with world-renowned brands like Dyson, Very & The White Company, creating marketing content for them to use on their varied platforms.
It filled my life with another sense of adventure, of what is possible for the modern-day woman, being able to create my own time-freedom and be present with my children more. However, as life unfolded, I realised that the focus of this career had shifted from my focus on measuring my worth and happiness by external measures. And even though I looked successful to the outside eye, I felt like something wasn't fulfilling my soul's yearning. This realisation led me on a total shift in my career as I moved towards authenticity and inner fulfilment.
In 2019, I bravely left behind a lucrative social media career to follow my heart's calling. Through certifications in coaching, facilitating women's circles, yoga, and more, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and
transformation.
Today, I'm deeply honoured to support women through coaching, workshops, and retreats that I offer across the UK and Europe (one-day worldwide!). I feel immense joy when I witness the metamorphosis of countless women as they shed limiting beliefs, embrace their true selves and step into their true purpose.
Community is at the heart of my mission. I envision a space where women uplift, empower, and celebrate each other's journeys without competition, but with that true sisterhood.

This brings me so much joy when I witness another woman stepping into her confidence and not being afraid to shine her brilliance into the world!As a mother of three energetic boys, I understand the delicate dance of balancing work and home life, and for me, this journey isn't just about business; it's about creating a life that works for us, that is deeply fulfilling and aligns with our values.Life, to me, is a journey of growth and expansion, embracing imperfections, and savouring each moment.You may not be exactly where you want to be right now, but you have come so far from where you used to be, so celebrate this!! It’s about enjoying the process, learning from mistakes and moving forward.
